1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the lvwin website accessible at https://lvwin.one and all related subdomains.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the services offered by lvwin.
• "Company" or "We" refers to lvwin, the operator of this online betting platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered account created by a user to access lvwin services.
• "Games" refers to all slots, live casino, sports betting, esports, and arcade games available on the platform.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited by a user into their account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by lvwin subject to wagering requirements.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the lvwin platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the entirety of these terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and not register a new account. Continued use after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

lvwin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated via a notice on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms from time to time.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an lvwin account, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of a third party.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion list on any gambling platform.
• Comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The lvwin platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.
• All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) except for cryptocurrency transactions.

lvwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This includes but is not limited to the provision of identity documents and proof of payment method. Decisions regarding transaction verification are final on the part of lvwin.

5 Bonuses & Promotion Terms

lvwin offers various promotions to registered users. The welcome bonus is 150% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will yield a bonus of RM150, giving a total balance of RM250 with a wagering requirement of RM3,000 (that is, RM150 × 20).

General terms that apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be used together with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• Bonus funds and real money are kept separate until wagering requirements are met.
• lvwin reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through means considered to be in breach of promotion terms.
• Each user is eligible for each type of bonus once only unless stated otherwise.

The lvwin VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, with weekly cashback rates ranging from 0.2% to 1.0%. Eligibility for tier upgrades is determined based on the user's betting activity record. lvwin reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time with appropriate notice.

6 Game Rules

All games on the lvwin platform are governed by rules that have been set and can be viewed within each game itself. Users are responsible for understanding the rules before starting to play.

• Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited.
• Any technical disruption during a game will be resolved based on stored system records.
• lvwin reserves the right to void game rounds affected by significant technical errors.
• Bets that have been confirmed and settled are final and cannot be amended.

7 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the lvwin platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempts to hack, compromise, or disrupt the lvwin technical infrastructure.
• Using another person's account or sharing login credentials.
• Misuse of promotions through techniques such as bonus hedging or multiple account registrations.
• Fraud or falsification of information during the identity verification process.
• Any form of collusion or improper coordination in multiplayer games.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential reporting to the relevant authorities. lvwin is not obligated to provide prior notice before taking action in clear cases of fraud.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of lvwin users' personal data is carried out in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you also give your consent to the data handling practices as described in that Privacy Policy.

lvwin uses SSL encryption and appropriate technical security measures to protect user data from unauthorised access. However, no system is entirely foolproof and users are advised to take their own personal protective measures as well.

9 Responsible Gambling

lvwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Our platform provides several tools to help users maintain control over their betting activity:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that users can set themselves.
• Temporary (cooling-off) or permanent self-exclusion options for users who need a break.
• Loss limits that can be set to prevent losses from exceeding a certain amount.

10 Account Closure & Termination

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible real money balance will be returned to the user in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

lvwin reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• The user violates any of the terms in this document.
• There is suspicious activity involving money laundering or fraud.
• The user fails to complete the identity verification procedure within the specified period.
• A request from the relevant authorities or a court order.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, lvwin will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses in games.

The lvwin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, although we strive to maintain stable operations. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance on the platform.

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which lvwin operates its licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless applicable local legislation requires otherwise.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact the lvwin customer support team first to resolve disputes amicably. Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in Bahasa Melayu and English.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remainder of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
